Grown at elevation in California’s North Coast, this bold and rich Cabernet Sauvignon displays wonderful aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and tobacco. A soft mouth feel and rich soft tannin makes this big red a perfect food wine.
Enjoy at room temperature with roasted lamb, grilled steak or herb grilled chicken. This wine will age gracefully for 6-8 years if stored properly at 55°-60°F
