Styled after the mineral-driven whites of Sancerre in the Loire Valley, this wine was crafted with intention. Fruit was harvested early at 22°–23° Brix to preserve natural freshness, resulting in a vibrant profile defined by lower alcohol and beautifully elevated acidity.
