Tasting Notes:

An innovative approach to this saignée allowed us to use our very best mountain and Reserve fruit that was picked at an elevated maturity. This created a wine that retained an intense color and full, lush flavors that further benefitted from being partially barrel fermented.

This rosé shows a complex arrangement of stone fruits, strawberries, and flower petals, with a generous mouth-feel that leads into a long and lasting finish.
