Tasting Notes:
Cool terrior style wine, showing elegant top notes of lime, apple and tropical fruit, enhanced with a bouquet of toasty oak. Rich and lush mouthfeel. Serve with grilled vegetables, barbecued salmon or roasted turkey. Well balanced acidity will allow the wine to age to 6 years when cellared at 55º F – 60º F.
Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed in a diaphragm press. 96% barrel fermented in French and American oak. Completed malolactic in barrels.
