PTasting Notes:
Knights Valley is a narrow, high-elevation region on the eastern edge of Sonoma County. Ocean breezes filter in from the west, bringing a noticeable cooling effect. Despite this, Knights Valley experiences warm days and cool nights, making it the warmest AVA in Sonoma County. Much of the valley is characterized by soils rich in volcanic ash and clay.
