Tasting Notes:

Choreograph is a field blend of 12 varietals. This bold red offers candied cherry, rose petal, Asian pear and blackberry aromas. A complex and lingering flavor of tannins and a textured finish shows hints of leather, anise and toasted pine nut.

This wine pairs well with hard cheeses, charcuterie or well-seasoned/pickled meats. The structure of the wine will allow it to age for up to 8 years if stored properly at 55º F – 60º.
