Tasting Notes:

We start with North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon- grown in well drained, red volcanic soil, then age it in 100% new French oak barrels, highlighting bold aromas of ripened cranberry, smooth round tannins and a satin texture, finished with notes of creamy oak, vanilla and spice.
