VARIATIONS BE-LEAF ORGANIC
Herzog Be-leaf is a certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon made with no added sulfites. Organically farmed in the sunny, warm rolling hills of Paso Robles, the grapes were harvested late in the season. This late ripening provides optimal harvest brix, tannin and acid for high quality winemaking – without the use of sulfites.

Tasting Notes:
Fermented to dryness and made no added sulfites, the wine opens with notes of wild sun ripened blueberries, black raspberries, and brambly boysenberries. The mid-palate explodes with cherry pie filling, and the structure is silky, soft, with just the right amount of age-worthy tannins.
